I hooked them up and got laughed at by my friends. I tooked them out after using them twice and replaced them with these JL audio speakers. It sounds like I am at a concert. I would recomend spending the extra money on these speakers especially if you live around salt water. These speakers are incredible. Don't make the same mistake I did by putting crap stereo equipment on your boat. If your going to do it you might as well do it right. I have these speakers hooked to a JL Audio amp. Yeah its a little expensive but by the time I replace this system I would of gone threw five others.
